Preventing Ovarian Cancer

Ovarian melanoma forms on the inside of the small, almond-sized sex gland located on the sides of the womb. The melanoma may appear on one or both sex gland. The sex gland generate and release the egg into the fallopian pipes. They also generate the two female testosterone which are known as oestrogen and progesterone.

These testosterone are produced in great amounts before and during ovulation, and if these hormonal stages become too great, they may be what causes the cancers to form in the sex gland.

There are two different types of cancers which are established, one kind is cancer, and the other kind is non-cancerous.

The cancer cancers will spread to the outside of the sex gland, and into the pelvic body parts, as well as other parts of one's whole body through the blood vessels or the lymph nodes.

The non-cancerous cancers are usually not considered to be a health risk, but however, they can also promote the increased manufacturing of oestrogen, which may cause other tissues to become cancer.

Unhealthy fat tissues also help to generate excess stages of oestrogen.

So if we want to prevent ovarian melanoma, we need to reduce the stages of oestrogen which one's whole body generates. This is not difficult when we understand some of the factors which are associated with the development of oestrogen.

Studies have shown that being overweight improves the risk of ovarian melanoma by about 80 %. This is because of all the harmful fat tissues which consistently help to generate great stages of oestrogen.

So what causes obesity? The answer is easy, a higher fat eating plan. This contains all animal necessary protein and body fat such as various meats, milk and milk. It also contains harmful meals, and most prepared meals. Enhanced carbs can also promote harmful fat tissues.

If we can remove these meals from the eating plan plan, and maintain a proper and balanced weight, we can remove 80 % of the threats involved with ovarian melanoma.

Hormone replacement therapy also performs a big part in causing ovarian melanoma. So if you can prevent any of these treatments, even if the treatment contains both testosterone (estrogen and progesterone).

Avoid taking a medication called danazol, which is a male hormonal (androgen) and is used to treat endometriosis. This medication has also been connected to the cause of ovarian melanoma.

Having several children, with the first child being born before the age of 30 will also help to prevent ovarian melanoma as one ages.

Last but not least, eat eating plan plans of mainly raw meals. Foods that are in their raw state have more nutritional value for one's whole body to process, and thus one's human is able to stay fit and strong for many years to come.
